I’m Kelly! I’m a cardiology nurse and a health coach. I live in west Michigan with my husband, our two kids, and our sweet old pup, Tucker. I enjoy a delicious cup of coffee paired with a heartfelt conversation, a great podcast episode, traveling (especially food while traveling), finding new hiking trails, books I can’t put down, and spending time in the kitchen and around the table with people I love.
