I am getting very close to finishing the long-awaited 12 Weeks to Wellness: A Communal Health Reset for Women.
I’ve been working for the past several years, developing the material that will go into this experience and my team and I will be releasing it in the last half of August.
This experience will be entirely focused on guiding women through their health journey towards wellness. It will include personal coaching sessions, group sessions, meal plans, worksheets… a complete brain dump of all the science-based, non-trendy, health wisdom that has been tried and tested through years of practice.
I can’t wait to guide these women step-by-step in achieving the health outcomes they’ve been longing for: more energy, less crashing, less guilt about eating, more balance, and better overall health.
