I help busy women achieve better hormonal balance, lose weight, sleep better, avoid the afternoon energy crash and achieve better overall health.
Although fad diets make for catchy headlines and fun conversation, I believe people can achieve impactful, lasting health changes through a series of small behavioral modifications. My method does not include an all or nothing mentality or crash dieting. I tap into my training as a cardiology nurse and certified health coach to help get women back to the basics and enjoy nutrient dense real food that keeps them full and satisfied all day long.

6 Coaching Sessions
Over 12 weeks, you’ll meet with me 6 times for a 60 minute private health coaching session designed to identify your goals, address your challenges and create a custom health plan that matches your life.

Complete Meal Plans
You don’t have to guess about what to eat. You’ll get 4 weeks of recipes and shopping lists for very meal. We’ll customize it to your needs so you can take the stress out of planning.

Grocery Guide
In addition to a meal plan, you’ll also get a grocery guide to help you navigate the flood of products in the store with ease.

2 Group Meetups
Starting with a session of restorative yoga, you will be meeting with a community of West Michigan women who will support you and cheer you on. You’re not alone - you can do this with friends.

Mindfulness Session
One of the biggest blockers to a health transformation is our mindset. That’s why we’ll have a 60 minute mindfulness session for you to tap into your inner strength.

What happens if you get off course between sessions? Check in with your coach via email and participate in our group chat throughout the week.

Most of the women I work with are busy with full schedules. That's why the majority of this program will be one-on-one coaching sessions and other resources that we can fit into almost any schedule. The one thing you might have to really calendar-in is our group meetups. The first one is Sunday, August 25th, and the second one is to be determined.

This is a tough question that I struggle to answer. Our culture is obsessed with weight loss, and it's often associated with so much shame that I hesitate to even put anything about it on this page.
But the truth is... all of my clients have lost significant weight during our work together. The short answer is that yes, you will almost certainly lose weight too.
But I don't want women to sign up for this just to lose weight. I want you to sign up for this to learn to be empowered in your body, to learn how to stop restrictive dieting and constant food cravings, to learn to balance your mood and hormones, and to learn to take control of your health again.
... and to learn to not measure your success with a scale.

Yes, 12 Weeks to Wellness going to be great for women with perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and fatigue.
By focusing on a science-based approach to healthy eating and habits, the program supports hormonal balance and overall well-being, making this transition more manageable.

If you live out of state or even out of driving distance from Muskegon, Michigan, you will still get the main benefit of the program features. One-on-one coaching will be via Google Meet. You'll get the meal plans and grocery guide in your inbox. And you'll be able to participate in the group chat with everyone else. The only thing you'll miss out on are our in-person meetups.

At the end of 12 weeks, you will learn to

have less cravings throughout the day
eat food without guilt, especially in social settings
reduce mood swings and hormone imbalances
not measure success with a scale (although you will lose weight along the way)
Of course, these outcomes are entirely dependent on how committed you are to the program. It will be a challenge for many, but if you commit to it 100%, you can expect to meet and exceed these results.

You can pay for the program in cash, check, or Venmo. If you are paying all at once, you can pay before our first meetup on August 25th. If you have arranged a payment plan with me, your first payment will be due before August 25th.
